# SSO settings

> Require your team to sign in with SSO, and how password resets affect active sessions.

Once SSO is set up with [Okta](/platform/okta-sso-setup) or [Entra ID](/platform/entra-id-sso-setup), you can control how your team signs in to Flowla.

### Require SSO for non-admins

Turn on SSO-only sign-in to require every non-admin in your organization to sign in through your SSO provider. The setting applies to the whole organization.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open SSO settings">
    Go to **Settings → Security & Permissions**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable SSO-only sign-in">
    Turn on SSO-only sign-in for non-admins.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Admins are exempt. They can still sign in with a password and use **Forgot password**, so your organization can't get locked out if there's a problem with your SSO provider.
</Note>

### Password resets end active sessions

When anyone resets their password, all of their existing sessions end automatically and they need to sign in again on every device. If an account may have been compromised, a password reset is enough to sign out anyone using it.
