How to connect Outlook
Navigate to Integrations
In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
Find Outlook
Locate Outlook in the Email section and click Connect.
Sign in to Microsoft
Select your Microsoft account and sign in.
Grant permissions
Allow Flowla to send emails on your behalf.
Flowla only requests permission to send emails. We don’t read your inbox or access other Outlook data.
Sending emails from Flowla
Once connected, you can send emails when sharing rooms:
Open a room and click Share
Open a room and click Share.
Enter the recipient's email
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Write your message
Select an email template or write a custom message.
Click Send
Click Send. The email is sent from your Outlook address and any replies go to your inbox.
Disconnect Outlook
Open Integrations
In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
Find Outlook
Find Outlook and click Settings & More.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect to remove the integration.
You can also revoke access from your Microsoft account settings under Privacy → Apps & services.
